Glideworks Factory allows tailored pricing for each customer through pricing tiers.
Automatically filter products for each customer, so they can only order what you have agreed with them and at the price you have set.
It supports grouping products together as sets, with separate pricing.
And it keep track of products that are combined from multiple parts.

Production

Create provisional and final production schedules for your orders, and split them by categories so every department gets only the information they require.
Create unique, barcoded labels for every product you make, showing where to store it in the factory.
Glideworks Factory will tell you the quantity of each product you've produced, the quantity loaded, the quantity on hand and the quantity required for all orders that have come in.
It will also tell you how many products you need to make to fulfill your orders automatically. Simplified inventory management. All in real-time.

Logistics

Set up a fleet of vehicles, with loading capacity and weight limits.
Our integrated mapping system allows you to create a route and add the orders to the vehicle, sorting by drop order.

Save time and mistakes at the crucial loading stage. Glideworks Factory will ensure you load the right products on the right vehicle at the right time, in the right order!
Your pickers will follow the automatically generated picking list and the short numbering system for each product minimising mistakes.
Every item will be scanned onto the vehicle and a straight forward traffic light system used to make sure the right product is loaded.
The system is flexible so it can handle any last minute hiccups - letting you choose if you want to deliver a partial order or reschedule for another day.

Delivery

Glideworks Factory produces delivery labels to aid the driver when unloading the vehicle.
These labels also have the end customer details on them, which saves time for your customers which we're sure they'll appreciate.
The system can produce both expected and actual delivery notes, along with the expected invoice so there are no surprises for your customer later on.
